Mine has space if you would simply like to sit and drink tea, however if you prefer to walk outside I would be happy to accompany you.

That is correct.

Because poppies have been used before to induce sleep.

Purple Lotus is used in a similar fashion where I am from, to induce sleep. Similarly Dreamfoil, Dreaming Glory and Nightmare Vines depending on your required strength.

We could probably use the herbs we got in Elletheia, but I'm not sure induced sleep plagued with nightmares is the kind of activity I'd want to indulge in right now...

Dreamless sleep would be preferable, but would take some experimentation with the ingredients and strength. Not a solution for tonight.
